Welcome to Drooky. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Drooky platform operated by Drooky Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), which connects users with local 3D printing partners. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Drooky acts as a marketplace facilitator. We do not directly provide printing services. All printing is performed by independent, verified Makers on our platform.
To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 may browse the platform but cannot place orders without parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to verify your age and may require documentation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are calculated based on the model's complexity, material, quality settings, and selected service tier. All prices include the platform fee. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information.
You may request cancellation of an order before it enters production (status: "Printing"). Once printing has begun, cancellation is not possible. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy.
When you upload 3D model files to our platform, you retain full ownership of your designs. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Your uploaded files are shared only with the Maker assigned to your order. Files are transmitted via time-limited, encrypted links and are not retained after order completion, unless required for quality assurance purposes.
You must not upload files that:
Models in the Drooky Library are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing a print does not grant you the right to redistribute, resell, or share the underlying 3D model file.
Makers on the Drooky platform are independent contractors, not employees of Drooky Technologies. We verify Makers through a review process that includes business registration verification, but we do not guarantee the quality of individual prints.
Each print undergoes a quality check by the Maker before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect print, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for resolution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
